PERSONAL DATA
Personal data processing policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This policy describes what information the website gabbela-ai.online handles and why. The website has no contact form, account, or checkout. Contact is through an external Telegram link that you choose to open.
1. Operator and contact
Operator: Mikhail Tabunshchikov, an individual registered as a self-employed taxpayer in Russia (professional income tax). For privacy requests, message @Gabbela_chat on Telegram. Please do not send passport, payment, health, or other sensitive data through this public contact unless it is required to handle your request.
2. Information processed
- Website security logs: IP address, request time, requested URL, browser user-agent, referrer, and response status may be recorded automatically by the web server. Nginx access logs are rotated daily and retained for up to 14 rotated files, subject to the server's log rotation schedule.
- Optional analytics: only after you select “Allow analytics”, Yandex Metrica may process an online identifier, IP address and approximate location, device and browser details, referring page, pages viewed, and clicks. Session replay (Webvisor) is disabled. The counter is not loaded before your choice.
- Telegram messages: if you follow the link and send a message, the information you choose to provide (such as your Telegram account name and message) is processed to reply to you. Telegram processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Security logs are used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. Messages are used to respond to your request and, if you proceed, discuss services. Optional Metrica is used to understand aggregate site use and is enabled only following your affirmative choice. Processing is limited to these purposes and applicable legal grounds under Russian law.
4. Cookies and choice
The site stores your analytics choice in this browser's local storage. “Allow analytics” loads Yandex Metrica; “Decline” leaves the counter disabled. You can reopen the choice panel using the small settings button at the bottom of the page. Browser storage can be cleared in your browser settings. Some server security logs are needed to deliver and protect the site and are not controlled by this choice.
Yandex describes Metrica's cookies and local storage in its documentation. Metrica's own data retention and processing are governed by Yandex's terms.
5. Recipients and external services
Technical access logs are available to the operator and the hosting / infrastructure providers that run this site. When you enable analytics, relevant information is sent to Yandex Metrica. Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube are external services: simply viewing this site does not open them, but following a link takes you to that provider and its privacy terms. The physical country of the VPS data centre and the hosting provider's legal identity should be confirmed from the hosting account and contract.
6. Retention, security, and your rights
Web-server access logs are rotated as described above. Your Telegram conversation remains subject to the service's retention controls and the parties' actions. Metrica information is retained according to Yandex's service settings and terms; withdrawing consent stops future counter loading but does not delete historical aggregate reports. The operator uses access controls and infrastructure security measures appropriate to the website's operation.
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information the operator holds, or withdraw your analytics choice, by messaging @Gabbela_chat. A request may require reasonable identity verification.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when the site's functions or data practices change. The current version is published on this page.
